PUBLICNOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING The Village of Marcellus Council will hold apublic hearing to consider the 2020 proposed budgets for the Village GeneralFund and Other Special Funds on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at theMarcellus Village Hall, 177 East Main Street, Marcellus, Michigan 49067.The proposedbudgets are available for public inspection at the Marcellus Village Hallduring regular office hours. Public comments, either oral or written arewelcome at the Public Hearing. Statementas required by Act 43 of 1963 (2nd Ex. Sess.), MCL 141.412, sec. 2. “The property tax millage rate proposed tobe levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.”
